We made it to Europe!
It was the most amazing trip.
My favorite things were:
Train to Ireland with a beautiful train ride threw the English country,
Irish Dancers while we ate Guinness Beef Pie,
Great B&B in Dublin,
New Grange in Ireland,
Book of Kells at Trinity College,
Éclairs and hot cocoa in Drogheda,
Boys choir at St. Patricks Catedral,
Chocolate covered macaroons,
Reading Twilight in bed all day in Manchester while it pored rain,
Fantastic English dinner and company at The White Horse,
Ferry rides with long talks with Tim,
Driving threw the French countryside,
Baguettes & Crepes,
Beautiful Parisian streets,
Sacre-Coeur,
Eiffel Tower,
Musee De Orsay,
Musee Rodin,
The Christmas window displays in Paris,
Dinner at one of the best little resturants in all of Paris,
Driving around Paris,
Seeing Big Ben at night,
Hanging out in Trafalgar Square drinking hot cocoa,
Seeing the girls after a whirl wind week!
This has been one of the best Christmas presents I have ever had.
Thanks to wonderful sister-in-laws and a fantastic husband.
I can't wait to go back...
hopefully it won't take another 13 years.
Heather! You look like you had so much fun! We loved Europe, except for the fact that i was 8 weeks pregnant with Tre. That part wasn't fun, but everything else was awesome! So glad you got a chance to go!
